Struggling

Hi I'm just wandering if anyone can help me, I'm on anti depressants and lithium for bipolar. I am now starting the menopause and my mood has dropped awful, my Dr wants to start me on femeston but I'm struggling to get my head round having to take them in.

Any advise would be appreciated
