Really struggling

I am really struggling to stay on track this week. Very much want to eat just about everything all week until today.

Not having a very good time at my job and I'm struggling with that too. boss just makes me feel useless and incompetent everyday.

The emotional side of life is impacting on my appetite. I haven't eaten since breakfast but I WILL have dinner. I just don't want to as I'm feeling very rubbish. Sometimes I eat everything when I'm sad and sometimes I don't eat anything. neither are great.

Sorry for wallowing post. just sort of hoping it'll feel better to let it out.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Your boss needs to appreciate his staff and should not be making anyone in his team feel rubbish. Is it worth tackling him on this issue? I know this is difficult but it may make you feel better for standing your ground. I obviously don't know the politics and you will know best but it makes me so annoyed when people do not treat others with respect!! Sorry for the rant!

Enjoy your dinner and try to make good choices but tomorrow is another day and hopefully things will feel better tomorrow

Take care

Thank you for your kind reply. I'm not very good at confronting people. also i don't feel like it would help in this situation.

I did enjoy my dinner though and it was very healthy so that's positive. fingers crossed for a better tomorrow :) thanks

I hate and I mean hate confrontation but after past experience I think now I need to do it should opportunity arise for my sanity but I realise every situation is different I get that. Pleased you had a good dinner onwards and upwards for tomorrow.

I have had a little off plan night despite my mega positive post this morning selavie 😏

HI Kinbun,

So sorry to hear you've struggling this week, and I hope you're able to enjoy your dinner, as I know you said you will be eating that this evening.

I think Hidden 's suggestion to maybe talk to your boss is a potentially good one - maybe your boss might not realise how his/her behaviour is making you feel, and might offer you some much needed support, or at least modify things a bit.

I hope you're able to relax and enjoy your evening, and I hope you have the chance to relax over the weekend too - and re-charge your batteries.

Take care,

Lowcal :-)

Thank you for your support. I really appreciate it. i will keep in mind both suggestions to bring this up with my manager and maybe if things continue I will brave up a bit and do so, but I'm not sure it would help. Will see how things progress.

I am feeling a bit better now I've had some nice food and relaxed a bit more. So that's positive!

Thanks again.
