Well had bit of lazy morning and breakfast was 792 once I totalled it up๐ฑbut as it was brunch and allowing for a couple of fruit snacks I should be ok with salmon and salad and fruit for dinner. As itโs lovely out as well hopefully some walking ๐ happy Sunday everyone ๐

That's OK, isn't it? About half your day's calorie allowance? I think that's great for a brunch but I'd be careful about the snacks. If there was plenty of protein and healthy fats in your brunch, it should see you through to your evening meal.
Off for my brunch: fried bacon, sausage, duck egg and avocado. I've never tried cooking avocado before but I've seen people here enthusing about it so I'm going to give it a go.

Tbh frozen or cooked avocado donโt do it for me but mashed in toast with salt pepper and a poached egg......yummy and very filling๐๐๐๐๐
If you are away from home - and in a Hotel where you get an "as much as you can eat" breakfast... you can go OMAD (One Meal A Day) and give yourself a 2,000 calorie Keto breakfast, and not eat anything for the rest of the day.
As long as you have counted the calories and thought about The rest of the day it should be ok.
My oh and I are on a touring holiday of Scotland during July and all breakfasts are included and so I am going to count breakfast as my main meal and have a salad type dinner.
