So tonight I’ve treated myself to a new pair of jeans a smaller size 😊 can’t believe how focused I am I’m really determined to do this I can see changes in body shape now 😊

So happy for you! There is so much joy in buying new, smaller trousers or jeans. You will become discontented with the baggy look of all your trousers now. After the third new pair, I got my sewing machine out and altered the newest of my bigger ones. Well done!

I have found two pairs of Levis 👖👖and a pair of trousers that I think I bought 50 years ago - when I was a teenager... (38" waist, which is just over half my height!)
