Hubby decided I needed new jeans - apparently the ones I was wearing yesterday were hanging off me. So while we were in Birmingham I had a look for some. Ended up trying a size 14 on and they fitted !! I nearly cried in the changing room.
Today I found some old jeans in all sizes from size 20 and decided to do a comparison (I was actually a size 22 when I started SW but didn’t have any in that size). The size 14s look tiny !!

Thank you. I’ve been doing Slimming World since January 2016 and was a size 22 when I started. I’ve lost 4st 6lbs so far. I don’t really know how long it took me between sizes because I was just wearing a belt with my jeans haha 😂
Well you have done amazing I am toying with the idea of going to SW myself. I need to lose weight and have not been doing too well but my blood pressure is raised and want to avoid tablets if possible.
