I also have two stone to lose now! Exercise and calorie counting seems to work for me. I've lost four stone since October last year. You have a good amount of exercise planned I see! And yes planning what you are going to eat for the day certainly helps!! I use the Fitbit app to record it all. You can also add your exercise on the same app. Although I find the amount of calories burned per exercise is a bit on the low side compared to other online exercise calculators!

I use my fitness Pal for recording and planning what I am eating . I also have a Fitbit to record how many calories I earn from doing exercise. Which makes me move more!
