Hello, joined today 2nd May, want to loose 2stone.

beware of what I am eating to become healthier, exercise to become toned up.

Fit into my clothes size 12, have slowly crept into size 14/16 !

Will need to plan what I plan to eat and shop healthier

My accountability:-

Will take waist measurements as of tomorrow.

Pilates once /twice a week.

Plan to do 4 classes a week

Visit the gym,

Swim a few lengths

Play golf

Drink more water

Beware of fibre in take.

Portion size !!

Put myself first.

12 weeks takes me to 12th July

I also have two stone to lose now! Exercise and calorie counting seems to work for me. I've lost four stone since October last year. You have a good amount of exercise planned I see! And yes planning what you are going to eat for the day certainly helps!! I use the Fitbit app to record it all. You can also add your exercise on the same app. Although I find the amount of calories burned per exercise is a bit on the low side compared to other online exercise calculators!

Well done on your weight loss so far, fantastic result

I use my fitness Pal for recording and planning what I am eating . I also have a Fitbit to record how many calories I earn from doing exercise. Which makes me move more!
