Despite keeping below 1400 calories for the whole week and doing over 10000 steps every day I have not lost any weight. I lost 5 lbs last week. What am I doing wrong??

Hello, Penpal33, and welcome to the forum 😊
You may be eating too little. That causes initial weight loss but then your body thinks it needs to prepare for a famine and will hang on to every bit of fat that it can. 1400 is a generic figure that suits very few of us so get an appropriate calorie range for you from the NHS BMI calculator nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... and aim for the upper half of the range.

It looks like you may be eating too little Penpal. As BridgeGirl has mentioned, run the NHS BMI calculator and acquire your calorie range. Ideally you'll aim towards the higher end but you shouldn't be going below the lower end.
Let us know how you get on and good luck
