I started my 12 week plan yesterday. Did really well yesterday, after dinner I'd managed 1680 calories and 2 hours of walking. That's when it all went wrong. I felt compulsively hungry and ended up eating the rest of the butter bean salad and jersey royals. Then I made a really good low carb frittata, it was supposed to be for tomorrow (today). Ended up eating a quarter of it. Couldn't sleep all night due to, well, just stress I guess, and ended up eating another quarter of it at 4:30am.
Today I had the rest of the frittata, which was fine. But I am so sleep deprived and I went to the doc this morning. It was all quite stressful. So I stopped at Sainsbury's Starbucks and had a Mallow and Marsh Raspberry marshmallow thing, a pack of Reeses peanut butter cups and a latte.
I have no plan whatsoever for today's food. I cancelled my gardening appointments this morning as I was not really in a fit state for work but I'm going to do the ones this afternoon.
Thanks for letting me ramble on. It's therapeutic.

Oh dear Persephone, you sound as though you are having a bad day. Eating low carb is great, but you must make sure you are eating enough good satiating fat as well. This is what will stop you from being hungry between meals. Just make an effort to get back on the wagon for the rest of the day, maybe doing some gardening will help to work off that stress
Take a look at Diet Doctor for some lovely low carb high fat meals and sound advice.
Well done for coming on here and letting off steam 👏
I agree with Lucigret, it is so important to eat enough or you will get cravings. Going low carb can be a challenge until all the sugar ups and downs level out. ☹️ And at the risk of repeating what others have no doubt said before, planning is key.
