I have just joined and am hoping that i can use the app to my advantage always battled with my weight, i suppose you could say "yo-yo"ing. I am currently 122kg and would absolutely love it if I could get down to below 100kg.
The problem i always have is i have never been able to stay motivated whether it be healthy eating or exercise.
Any advice that people would be greatly recieved and if i can provide any advise i am more than happy to.
