I’m new to this. I’m sure this has been said before, but I am desperate to lose weight.
I have a BED, I’m currently under tier 2 MHT I’m trying to eat every 3 hours, but I’m scared about what I’m eating and the fact that I am still bingeing 😞 I feel like I’m getting bigger by the day.
Anyone in a similar situation, or anyone with some friendly tips/advice? I feel like weight loss is my key to happiness and acceptance.
Thanks in advance.

Hello DeterminedSW and a very warm welcome to the forum. 😊
BED is a very complex issue and I’m pleased you are getting help. None of us here are medically trained, this is just a peer to peer support group. However, for friendly and non-judgmental support you won’t find better.

Hello. I started last week and I’m a big snacker. When I feel I want binge Iv tried one large carrot (yes I know but it worked for me) never been a fan of yoghurt but again try it... muller light (orange with bits of chocolate in it) but I also added 1-2 segments of chocolate orange 🍊 and piece of fruit. I hope this helps xx

Personally I don’t like the taste of these ‘diet’ yogurts, prefer to eat full fat Greek yogurt. The beauty of calorie counting is you can eat whatever you like as long as you allow for it.
I’ve also worked hard to stop eating between meals, it’s better for weight loss as well as general health as it allows our blood sugars to normalise 😊
