Hi @holiday100 - Welcome aboard!!

You've got two choices - weigh yourself and keep a note on the weekly tracker which can be found on the reverse of each week's instalment of the 12 week programme. Alternatively and like many of us do, join in the weekly weigh in.

Firstly, take a look at moreless  post to your right entitled Welcome Newbies. There's great advice in there to help to get you started.

At the top of your screen click on My Communities and select NHS Weight Loss. You will find a number of events and pinned posts along with challenges to join in and keep you motivated. You will spot a regular post which invites people to share their weekly weigh in results. All you need to do is let us know how much you've lost or gained or whether you've stayed the same. You don't have to divulge your start weight if you don't want to

Many of us are taking part in challenges to help improve our fitness - see the 20,000 leagues under the sea as an example. Then there's the Say Yes to the Dress challenge to help you concentrate on losing the inches - not purely the weight. All designed as a bit of fun and to keep everyone motivated.

Then you have the forum. Feel free to join in - we all like a good laugh as well as share hints and tips with each other.

All the best with the first week. :-)

I can't top Redx1995 's lovely, informative welcome holiday, but I can add my own welcome and a link to the monday group weigh-in which Redx has mentioned. It's not too late to join this week

Wishing you all the best :)
