Hey y’all so today is the 3rd day of my life changing completely and im still very motivated. The problem today is that my family and I are going today to a Chinese restaurant where you can eat as much as you want it open buffet. I dont know what to do like there are many healthy foods but im scared that as im there I start to eat fried food and sweets.

It will be hard but if you want to go for some healthier options - limit the rice you eat, try and have some of the vegetable / fish dishes ... avoid things that are deep fried and just because its all you can eat, doesn't mean you have to keep eating!!
Have a glass of water with your meal and take your time eating what you put on your plate.
Rather than thinking you have to stuff yourself to get value for money - take the time to enjoy what you are eating!

I have a routine each morning since we got our
