Question 🙌🏻

So I have been exercising lately and watching my calorie intake. The scale hasn’t really budged as of yet (I know gain in muscles also has weight) and I see and feel a difference in my body. I feel thinner and clothes also feel loose. I want to know how long it takes to start seeing the scale drop? An average answer would be great or some else’s story?

Hi and welcome, shali_queen :)

It's difficult to say, because we're all so different. Some people can go weeks without seeing a loss on the scales, but I would say concentrate on your health/well-being and trimmer physique and let the weight loss be a happy side-effect :)

Follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary

Hello concerned i totally agree with you on with the doing too much exercise i was doing 2 workouts a day 20mn body toning and 30 to 45 mn cardio every day and seeing little result. Now i have rest days and i feel this gives me that feeling good factor again and i am seeing the inches come off sometimes i do 1 workout depending how i feel i will do another one. Also personally my down fall was not having the RCI i have slowly increased cals now the daily diary has helped me tremendously 2 lbs to my top end of my Healthy weight so today i am looking at slightly reducing my carb intake, checked today 135. 5 but sticking with this today. I found it interesting to check my carbs and surprised med orange 15.4 100g cooked pasta 71 in future i will have 50g and substitute the other with cailiflower rice mango 100g 22. I have no intentions of cutting out carbs altogether though stops me from snacking between meals. Shali queen hope you find happy medium what works for you Good luck with your weight loss.
