Hi all I’m new to this so I’m not sure how it works just yet. But I’m currently going on my first holiday in July and have real bad confidence issues. I was a teeny weeny size 6-8 before I had my daughter and piled it all on afterwards and now 14-16. However I am tall so some people may see that as a healthy size to be, BUT I have this hanging belly I cannot shift and is putting me off wearing a bikini. I’m currently on the look out for diet plans to help me on my way, anyone got any tips for me? Thank you x
