hi I'm lisa .. I have fibrolmagia plus stomach issues and other issues.. I was a hair and beauty therapist for years and studied in holistic therapy ... its such a waste .. as miss my line off work so much ... haven't worked for some time due to my health deteriorating over the years ... weight is my main issue ..as gained so much over the years .. so let start this fight ... weight loss is a must but not ... fast just taking little steps ....

The best advice I can give is have enough to eat. If you are following the NHS 12 Week plan then the 1400/1900 calorie target suggested is a just generic amount, please check your own personal calorie target using the BMI checker, it’s often higher than you think. We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the biggest cause of weight loss failure
I recommend coming onto the forum regularly, daily if you can, reading posts and replying to others. Being part of a community is proven to help weight loss.
