My weight is not moving. I can't help but feel as though it has something to do with hormones. I'm 53 and have never had weight issues till now. I mean fast weigh. Like 5, 6lbs in the last 2 months. Anyone having to do deal with age related weight gain?

I’m 47 and in menopause. I too find that it has become increasingly difficult to maintain my weight, but not impossible. Getting enough sleep, movement (general movement and strength exercises) and eating more protein than I used to, seems to help me though. Drinking less alcohol is something I haven’t gotten around to yet, but I’m thinking it could be my key...
Perhaps try to track your food intake on MyFitnessPal or something for a week or two to see if you are in fact consuming more calories than you should.
If you can’t find a reason and put a stop to it, I think you should seek medical advice.

Have you been managing to count calories? This can be tricky at first but it gets easier with practice 😊
