HI.. before,, i was 104kgs with 5' 7.5",, before new year,, but now, I am 99kgs, and still aiming to loose weight by targeting 75 kg ... :-) I will post every Friday the results of my diet program :-)

You're doing well so far and I'm sure will do even better being supported by this community and offering support in return. We find that becoming involved with community activities to be far more effective and rewarding than personal blogging.

We also aim for a healthy lifestyle, rather than following a diet programme, as we want our weight loss to be sustainable, rather than a quick fix.
