Just got home and checked my stepper watch done 10’000 today phew definitely getting fitter please don’t take this in anyway as boasting if you knew me you would know what a true couch potatoe I was this site has really encouraged me to go for it thank u all 😀

Do you think you have the right balance between training hard and training smart?

I did 10,000 steps a day, 50km a week for two weeks - but it was too much - and I now try to average 4km a day. (But I am 69, and I was disabled for about five years.)

Hi yes I will take your advise and try not to over do it I’m just trying to get my fitness up as was very out of breath all the time but I’m much better now I do try and take it easy alternate days but I’m quite enjoying the walks now hope you are ok now have good eve 😀

Sounds familiar 😂I have been at goal 3 times with Weightwatchers. This time I want to make small changes that I can sustain, and stop beating myself up about it. Plenty of support here.
