This is my first week on the 12 week program eating healthy I have been cooking the weight loss guide for myself and my family I am enjoying it the family well they are getting there :). Start week 2 Tomorrow I am loving life again

I have started the couch to 5k this week and counting calories on my fitness pal. I lost 3 stone last year....but put it all on again...I comfort eat all the time so I'm pleased I've got myself back on track. I know I will just need to kerp motivated to stay on track.
Where do you give weigh in results tommorow? Thanks
Well done getting your family onboard. It just makes life a bit easier doesn't it?? I swapped to brown rice after having used white basmati for years and I don' t think the kids noticed, in as far as they ate their tea!! Xx
