Hi everyone.

After a week of exercises and carefully dieting I have lost a kilo and reduced my waistline by 4 cm. Sometimes I might slip but I get up again and continue with my programme. Let's continue our efforts.

Keep up the good work.

Bear in mind that much of your weight loss might be fat - so you may not be able to lose that much every week without trying harder.
