I’m 44 years male, with highet of 167CM and currently weighing around 78KG,
I have been following a diet or more of a lifestyle eating habits for the last two years and I weighed around 71KG.
During the last few months I started to gain weight while I was not really following my usual eating habits, later on, when I tried to follow that diet again, along with my usual exercises, I don’t see any weight loss at all, only difference is that I range from 77 to 78KG depending on when I’m stepping on the scale.
I’m currently following the below (which should make me lose 0.5KG/week)
Calorie budget 1649
Carb budget 180 gm
Exercising 1 to 2 times a week, around 90 minutes each and both are football/soccer.
I also noticed that recently my daily water intake has been as down as 1750ML/day.
I’m not sure what exactly I should look into to start losing weight again as I’m expecting, any hints would be appreciated.

Hello Maksoud and welcome to our forum You'll find we are a friendly, helpful and supportive group. I'm happy to see you are more into following a healthy lifestyle, we all know that diets have an end date in our heads which of course doesn't help to keep the weight off
It looks like you are doing all the right things, i can only assume its the balance of your meals that may need tweaking to start the weight loss off again. If you pop across to our Daily Dairy and join in there with your food plans for the day i'm sure we can maybe give you some pointers on tweaking. We also have a Weekly Weigh in, join in on a day of your choosing and come back each week. You will soon get to know everyone and be mutally supportive.
We have several difference post which might be of interest to you, they along with the Daily Dairy and Weekly Weigh in can all be found under Pinned Posts, here's a link to them healthunlocked.com/weight-l...

Might be a red herring, but try asking around about adipose / brown fat cells between stomach & belly epidermis. One school of thought say that's a problem. I'm experimenting with Moroccan Olive Oil off Amazon.
Maksoud hi!I have same serious problems after my menopause and I suggest you to visit an endocrinologist . Maybe we have the same metabolism problems : something like Prediabetes and insulin resistance .Is easy to check it.
