No, but we get a lot of people here that are trying to promote it, so if that is your intention, your post will be deleted and you will be restricted and reported as a spammer.

Please advise if you're here as a bona fide member, who wishes to lose weight.

There are no 'magic' potions that will aid weight loss, that comes down to the correct diet and regular exercise, sadly. Don't be in too much of a hurry, as the weight that comes off quickly, is just as likely to return quickly, bringing extra with it. Slow and sure is by far the best way :)

Hi mk1988 - I think this is the same thing as "redbush" tea or rooibos, which I have been drinking for years instead of "normal" tea. Can't say I noticed any weight loss from drinking it. I enjoy it as a tea, though, in its own right.

I guess if your normal drinks contain milk and sugar and you swap them out for "plain" redbush tea then you would be consuming fewer calories. But I don't think there are any miracle fixes out there. What has worked so far for me has been meal planning and calorie counting.

Hope this helps!

No idea about red tea but I will often have a cheeky cup of herbal tea to take my mind off snacking and that works!

I enjoy redbush, but as an addition to a generally LCHF way of eating. I don't think it has any specific weightloss advantages, but perhaps if one were having lots of cream/milk in other hot drinks it would be beneficial, as it is very nice drunk without milk,
