I will soon embark back onto the fitness and well-being goal hopefully. I used to be a constant gym-goer a few years back before I got married but have neglected it quite a lot now and wanted to ask for a few opinions.
My colleagues at work have a weekly personal training session and they all started drinking red tea (red bush tea as they might call it) which is meant to help with weight loss mainly, I have been reading a few of the below articles to see if I might start drinking it as a 'supplement' perhaps as well as having the normal work-out routine.
Have you guys tried this before? Let me know what you think and thank you in advance

Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum CaliBella17 😊
I’m afraid I don’t know of any way to lose fat other than to eat properly and in the correct amount. I do quite like Redbush Tea but I know of no weight loss properties. I do know there are an awful lot of false claims made about various teas and herbal supplements unfortunately. (I’ve had to remove the links you provided as advertising is in breach of our guidelines).
However, safe and healthy weight loss is quite achievable if you follow a sensible eating pattern. Exercise by itself rarely leads to weight loss but does have many health improving properties.

I remember that redbush tea is very beneficial (had a package ages ago). I have now checked, and some sites do mention weight loss. It may be through the overall health benefits...?
Maybe your colleagues can provide you with more information why they trust it for weight loss.
Some brews can assist in digestion, etc.
As IndigoBlue61 and Tiggerr suggest, healthy eating surely will bring you results. A tea can do only that much but certainly can be an added plus to your nutrition.
Welll CaliBella17 ... I have been drinking redbush tea daily for 20 years or so, in preference to ordinary tea. For 19.5 of those 20 years I was overweight. I only lost weight when I decided to address my eating.
I had not heard of any weight-loss properties for redbush tea until quite recently, and forgive me if I don't lend them any credence whatsoever. It's still nice tea, mind.
Lol. At least now you switched to eating less. 😁😁😁🥗
I am sceptical about weightloss properties of tea. But I think if you like it and it is a way for you to focus on long term healthy living then it is probably not that bad
