It can seem like there's far too much, to know where to start, but you've made a good move coming here. You've proved you can lose weight, now you need to find a way that's sustainable, so that you can maintain your weight loss for years to come.
Hi and welcome to this forum. This is a great place to be and learn. I think weight loss is an ongoing journey and I learn something new everyday. I can recommend having a good look around this forum and checking out the posts Moreless has recommended. All I can suggest is start doing some things that interest you whether that is walking or classes and from there you will probably start to feel more motivated and then you might be in a better frame of mind to lose weight.
