Since retiring i am heavier than I have ever been and am eating more. We eat healthy home cooked food but I have a sweet tooth and have a drink every night. I play badminton and tabletennis. Also do dancing. I have tried to lose weight, but as we socialise each week i find it too hard to refuse drink. I need to lose 1 st. Now Christmas is coming up where do I get the willpower to say No.
