Hello Laura4fit and welcome
I like BBC Good Food and dietdoctor - I use the websites so don't know if they have apps. You'll find plenty of recipes here under Topics.
If you follow this link, you’ll find a list of all the forum has to offer healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... The best advice I can give is to get involved as much as possible.
This Newbie pack has all the information you need to find your way around and to get started healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Just read one of the replies, and it was the book I was going to recommend. Also a good book to have is classic 1000 calorie-counted recipes. I find this really good, as it takes the hassle out of weighing things and calorie counting all the time. they have some lovely recipes in there and also plans for the day. Really worth getting. good luck with your weight loss plan.
I use websites rather than apps. BBC good food is great, Jamie Oliver's website and hairy bikers too but in general I have an ingredient or meal in my head and Google "lower calorie xxx" or "healthier XXX meals" ..
Hi and welcome, Laura
I don't use recipes, I just use what's in season/on offer/in my fridge, that way nothing's wasted
If you use fresh wholefoods, then the recipe will be healthy by default
