All weight loss is mega important! Well done you! :)

Why not join the Friday weigh-in and become part of a smaller, but very supportive group?

Dear Trierisme.

V excited to correct you that you are not creeping but BOUNCING ALONG on a pogo stick, in terms of your progress so far. Try converting your 2.25 pounds into actual weight. That's over a kilo if you live on the continent as I do, which sounds much more significant. So I read your post and toddled to my larder to find some equivalents.

You have lost more than the weight of two full tins of beans.

Try pocketing two tins of food of that weight and carry them around this morning as you live your life. Then take them out and feel the difference in how much lighter you feel - and that's what you've achieved!

It's not how much we lose at a time but how steadily we lose it and whether we can maintain that loss - that's what makes us winners.

Congratulations Darling, you're doing splendidly! love Betty

Hello there ! What a lovely lovely reply 💕💕💕 that is just so thoughtful and, well, .... just positive... I live in Wales, UK, do I take it you’re in Berlin ??

I’ll carry your words “ positively bouncing along” around in my head ... nice words and thoughts, not the sometimes unkind and intolerant ones, that tend to come from myself sadly .... I like your words much better 😊

Love B xxxx
