Hi peeps. I know the second one I've already posted but thought I'd show you the progress I've made so far. The one on the left is from 4 yrs ago when I 1st started my weightloss journey. I've done it in 2 stages. I lost 2st the 1st time round but then my sessions with the healthtrainer ended and I lost motivation, managed to maintain for a couple of years but then my weight started to creep back up and when I saw a photo of me a xmas I thought heck NO!!! This is not happening, so I found the 12 week programme and you guys (who are amazing) and have now lost another 1st6lb if my scales are to be believed this morning. Officially tho I've only lost 1st2lb as of tuesdays weigh in just gone. So all in all, since 4 yrs ago, I have lost 3st.

Thank you. Nah, not maintaining just yet, still got a stone and 1/2 to lose to be in mid range of BMI. Believe it or not I'm still classed as overweight. Plus I've still got rolls on my belly. Lol.
