55lb lost since June 25th

55lb lost since I started my weight loss journey on 25th June, 40lb of which has been lost since joining the GP referral scheme at the Local gym on 22 July. Thanks to the instructors and mentors; to Gym staff; and to Senior Spin and “Fit for Life” classmates for support, encouragement and motivation👏👍👏. Weight loss attributable to balancing calories in vs calories expended and keeping to a deficit of at least 500 a day. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables and no bread and few cereals. Always having good breakfast usually 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes and semi-skimmed milk latte with no sugar. 3 fitness classes a week and 5 sessions of at least 1 hour in gym a week involving strength and cardio equipment.

So on average another 55 weeks, break it done into chunks, your life must be so much easier already, so use that to spur you on

Wish I had😀! I’ve a long way to go as still have to loose another 55 lb to reach weight that is recommended for my height😀😰😱. The last time I was that weight was almost 50 years ago.
