Blood results

Had my doctors appointment this morning and told that all my blood tests came back normal as far as my GP is concerned I am fit and healthy and can now continue to work on my food and exercise and there is no reason why I shouldn’t be able to live a healthy lifestyle and continue with the eating plan I am going to restart the 12 week plan and choose a realistic goal Gail

Thanks starting to feel more myself and ready to loose weight am on holiday from work this next week so plan to sort my food and exercise out Gail

I'm glad to hear that. Mine came back OK a couple of weeks back. I was frightened though ringing the surgery for the results though.
