Hello, I went on Holidays for almost 2 weeks, and I couldn't control my self eating a lot, so I will like to start again as I was doing very good before and I lost 7kg so really happy for that, buy it looks like I need more motivation now to keep controlling my self... haha
Any tips? I will really appreciate.
