Ok ... I believe I understand now! Daily Diary is for posting your meals on the day before ... I'm not sure I can do that due to my crazy work and school schedule! But logging in what my calories / carbs are daily is certainly helping me ... I have lost three (3) pounds already! Noting Thursday ... September 27, 2018 as follows:
Dinner: Ham Slice / Wine = Calories: 578 Carbs: 13.5
Wednesday Totals: Calories: 1448.5 Carbs: = 212.3
It was a long day with my son at Social Security, but we were able to get his disability worked out! A packed lunch day ... not so healthy!
Respectfully,

In the same way that lesson plans are far more helpful if they are done in advance, so are eating plans! 😊
Advance planning means you come up with lesson plans which are more interesting and varied, and your lessons then meet the targets which are expected.
So it is with food - advance planning means you have more interesting and varied menus, and you will meet your targets, as you are likely to stick to something which has been carefully planned.
As a teacher you will know how important lesson planning is for success in the classroom. I would say you need to find the time to apply the same considerations to your weight loss, wouldn’t you?
I completely understand, however, I just found HealthUnlocked one week ago on a night while sitting in front of my computer fretting about my weight! I simply typed in, "Help me ... I do not know what to do!" Up popped HealthUnlocked! As I advised BridgeGirl, I am trying to get the hang of it ... now I am just frustrated, but thanks!
