Yay this is how it all starts. Now you know you can do it, you're off! All I'd say is don't worry about how fast you're going, if anything keep it slow, just keep going a tiny bit further each time. Will you be looking at couch to 5k? If you can jog for 1 minute, then you'll be able to do week 1

It's not as far off as you might think. People start c25k at all sorts of points. There are all shapes and sizes at my local parkrun too. Good luck
