Just read up on it, doesn’t sound very healthy.

I would suggest you stop taking the pills and speak to your Doctor if the tummy pains don’t stop.

Diet pills really are not the answer. You need to find a healthy sustainable way to loose weight.

Make sure you read the information IndigoBlue has given you.

Hi Vee001

Everyone on here wants to support and help each other to lose weight healthily and safely, we all respect each other's freedom of choice.

When I googled your wondering there is nothing good reported about it except from sellers..

A South African news report had a story similar to your symptoms.. see timeslive.co.za/news/consum...

Please safegurad your health, as we would love to help you reach your goals and enjoy the process.. not be ill for it. Very few people gain the weight that they want to lose overnight... We cannot lose it that fast either without consequences...

Cheering you on 🎉🎉🎉

I'm familiar with this plant. It grows locally and I was considering growing it commercially for oil.

I had no idea people were selling it as a diet pill (although I suppose there's no limit to the things that unscrupulous people might do). The "nuts" are technically edible, in the sense that some people eat them cooked as poverty food, but there's a lot of info online suggesting they're toxic.

There's only one way to lose weight (three if you count amphetamines and starvation). Stop eating foods that make you fat. At best, slimming pills are a waste of money. At worst they will harm you. There was a case here a few years back where several people died from drinking 'slimming smoothies'.

I don’t know the pills you are taking but I agree that if you missed a period and feel nauseous, you should take a pregnancy test and see your doctor.

I don’t think that a diet pill is the answer to your prayers. It might cause you to lose some weight quickly, but it won’t teach you to keep it off. Losing weight slowly and sensibly (could eg. be by using the NHS 12 week plan nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... many of us here started there) is the way to go.
