We also advise that you have enough to eat. If you are following the NHS 12 Week plan, the 1400 calorie target suggested is a just generic amount, please check your own personal calorie target using the BMI checker, it’s often higher than you think. We always advise starting towards the top of the range, being hungry is the biggest cause of weight loss failure
I also highly recomend coming onto the forum regularly, daily if you can, reading posts and replying to others. Being part of a community is proven to help weight loss. Why not join our daily chat thread ‘What’s Happening Today?’

Calorie counting and a very balanced diet.......use a programme like lose it.......
Keep going , you will do it!
Do your BMI check. Work out your calories and aim for near the top end to start.
Cook from scratch. Nature gives us some wonderful produce so include a lot of fruit, veg, salad ideas in your meal and steer away from expensive ready made stuff.
Use this site as much as you can .. fantastic support, great ideas on the daily diaries and recipe posts.
A little exercise... walking is a good place to startl

Oh yes, but doing much better now with the help of people here and learning so much. Before that I was probably trying to lose weight from when I was 16.

I just want to be healthier - and I’m succeeding 🙂 Just find I am eating lots of tasty food, better choices, being more active because I feel better, and looking after myself.

Not yet I done a bit dancing around my living room and eaten a Apple that's all you think dancing will make me lose weight
It is going to be more about what you eat, with the exercise helping a little.
