making your fitness journey a success story depends on the commitment you have to fight off the big carb meals AND TREATS and nutritious heavy big portions of delicious high in fat foods and to end it with a new improved lifestyle which includes exercise, non-toxic foods and lots of water. but it's our moods and the way we feel that trigger the temptations and to feel good inside we need to control. Many of us feel depressed and just more attracted to the couch than the gym. and the big cookies, french fries and fizzy drinks than to eat loads of vegetables and mineral water. - Your body is capable of anything! it's our minds that make us do what we do and the things we regret so the first step is to build a Blueprint that you can follow consistently.

I've been losing weight forever but I am now a Trainer and want to help, support and give my own personal advice and to offer my personal guidance and expertise as well as becoming a regular community member so I can maybe open a doorway to helping you guys out too and apply to become an administrator. I am here to begin engaging and making new friends and offer any spare time advice I have :) I understand and know what they are going through and passionate about connecting and making new friends in a place where I am eager to make my time count.
