Going on holiday today for 2 weeks, there is going to be a lot of temptation. Does anybody have any tips.....😎

Only one: enjoy yourself!

Even if you're going on an all-inclusive with unlimited food, two weeks isn't going to have an enormous impact on your weight - at least, nothing you can't correct relatively easily afterwards.

If you've made some attempt to fix your appetite in your day-to-day diet, it's unlikely you'll feel the need to gorge endlessly on pasta and cakes. Do it the French way: spend three hours over lunch, pay attention to the company and the food, and the calories will take care of themselves.

I have to admit to eating the same, as far as possible, wherever I am, but have a look in the Hints and Tips Topic and I'm sure you'll get heaps of ideas :)

As Ivan says enjoy yourself but speaking from experience don’t go too mad. I had just had a really piggy couple of days and I don’t feel good about it. I do find it easier to eat well when I’m abroad rather than on holiday in the uk. 😊

Pretty much what Ivan and everyone has said. You don't say where you are headed (not that it's our business, of course), but try to enjoy your time away from the normal routine, take advantage of trips out, hiking, swimming, all those fun, life-enhancing things. If you gain a bit, you'll lose it just as fast, I'll bet.

I'm so pleased you asked this - I'm going to struggle with this too.

Five day in. Well it’s not going to bad hire a road cycle, using that each morning. Watching what I am eating a bit. Not seen anywhere to get weighed, so I will do it when I get back 😎. How it going with you?
