I set myself challenge I must be mad but I started yesterday every time I to bathroom I’m doin 25 squats 25 and 25 push up try build my strength up plus keep me moving I’m doin for 30 days and I try mix it up lol

It gets you doing exercises so doesn't sound mad at all. That is unless it leads you to not wanting to drink water
If you also do 25 squats whilst the kettle is boiling you have a win/win situation 😊
