June oh June .... knowing you of old , I know you'd like a quick fix and will probably try to do it on miniscule calories πŸ˜‰ ... so, to make sure you don't just fade away, let us know your height, current BMR and TDEE and I'll try to assist!

Good morning 😊 There are few things you can do tomorrow a plateau, including mixing it up eating wise, boosting exercise, and being extra careful with the calorie counting. Stick with it, you will get there😊

Why don't you Join us on the April Re-Boot June1965 ?

Just trying to help! Ok, so already a healthy weight with just a small challenge. Basically, reduce your current calories by 25%. So if you've been eating 2000 a day , now need 1500. Do you use myfitnesspal? If not, do try it. The online calorie calculator is an absolute godsend and takes only a few minutes a day to plan and log meals, snacks etc . Also my personal tip is, don't beat yourself up if you go over on one day, think of your weekly total and adjust the days accordingly. It is the total over a week that counts bottom line.

In the end it's just maths... plus more veg, protein and movement😁😁😁
