18St 5lb today (6ft 3")

Total loss since 20th June: one stone… ¿Do I get my one stone badge please?

Lost 2lb, this week, and have averaged two pounds a week for a stone.

I have lost 5" according to my belt (distended abdomen due to gluten intolerance).

I am now hoping/planning to loose weight at one pound a week until Christmas, and get down to BMI = 30.

The U S Navy body fat calculator tells me my lean mass is 85kg ("has been" athlete) and I have 27% body-fat.

Hi S11m, its 4am (roughly here) and want to say have another good week, and hope you get what you want, I lost 7lb this last week, so exceptionally pleased with myself, despite a couple of sleepless nights, not hungry, but resisting any temptation to pick. :)
