Hello, I would be grateful if you could give me a one stone badge please. I posed this somewhere else on the site earlier but think I put it in the wrong place. I actually reached this goal over a month ago but thought I’d wait until I lost the next half stone before claiming my badge! Unfortunately I have got stuck despite counting my calories and doing more exercise than before. It’s so frustrating but I think maybe a badge to show what I have achieved will help me to keep on the straight and narrow! Thank you - and apologies if you receive this post twice!

Thanks Fizzylizzy13! Now the badge is there the weight-loss feels more of an achievement somehow. But I've a long, long way to go to get into the healthy weight category.

Thank you, I know what you mean.. I was so happy when I got my 1 stone badge.. it took me 6-7 months! But so happy to wear it!!
