You can lose weight by monitoring your calories properly.
Right now your daily calorie needs are about 2150 to maintain your weight. Your current diet must be around this level for past one year hence you are not losing weight.
To lose weight you need to reduce your daily calorie intake. Keep target of 1600-1700 calories per day.
Take 2-3 fruits per day and similar portions of veggies/plain salads. Eat simple meals, cut down all fried foods, junk food, sweets, biscuits, colas, pakodas etc.
Try intensive cardio for an hour a day.
Monitor your calories through Myfitnesspal app. This will help you to keep track of your calories.
Its possible to lose 2-3 kgs per month if you are able to stick to controlled diet and daily intense exercise.
You could reach your goal in 5-6 months.
