Hi Tiggerr & Everyone,

Here is my entry for this week's Kicking Kms Challenge - showing my Fitbit data for the week - I did 136,821 steps (equating to 102.61kms) - my best day was 18th May when I did 30,022 steps, and the weather has been amazing - so sunny and warm. Beautiful walking weather. :-)

456 floors - shows how hilly it is around here!

Apparently it equates to 22,024 calories.

Wishing everyone an excellent week ahead.

Zest :-)

Thanks Caroline62 - I had set myself a Challenge this week to walk 10,000 steps a day, and somehow things got out of hand, and I just couldn't stop walking!!! lol

Is that top picture of the track as steep as it looks? It looks like your nose would be practically touching the path!

It's fairly steep, but the angle probably makes it look 'worse' than it actually is... lol

It's definitely hilly along the cliff-paths - lots of ups and downs, and often steps literally built into the cliff-paths as well. Great exercise. :-)

not good with heights- don't mind heights if there is something solid beneath my feet and at the side of me:)

It's very safe - there's no 'edges' to negotiate. Always something solid beneath the feet too.

just the steps built into the cliff side that concerned me!

I don't think I explained myself very well. :-)
