Sooooo...going clockwise from top left. 1) I spectated the Illumination 5 & 10k just this Saturday gone supporting Mr Pip and my Sister Pip who both feature here. 2) me having a rest in the 2015 Trinity Hospice bike ride where I gained sports worship for doing it with Mr Pip, 3) Full time at Wembley in the Football League 2 play off a couple of months ago. 4) spectating again at Whitehaven RLFC a few weeks ago, 5) same charity bike ride but in 2013 (45 miles) 6) me and my tailwalker at Blackpool parkrun. Surely somewhere among that lot I may accrue some points pretty please

what on earth are you playing at!!! Are you trying to bamboozle me and I am going to have to do some serious calculations but I have a feeling you are going to have a lot of bonus points!!!

Since some of the photos are doubled up I cannot count them twice but you have 800 points- just for my own curiosity- what is a tailwalker? (I classed that as a team event on my idea that a tailwalker was an assistant of some sort???? You and your family seem to be very active and keen supporters is the rugby team local to you?

That's the second highest number of bonus points so far

The rugby was in Whitehaven in Cumbria. I lived there for a while and followed the rugby

A tail walker at parkrun is one of the volunteer roles. They bring up the rear of the run/walk and so support the person at the back... It's a compulsory position in the UK but not globally. You get a volunteer credit and a finishing time too

thank you for letting me know- the charity events I participated there were Marshalls along the route) at road junctions, portaloos & drink stops and a van that drove up and down the route looking out for stragglers and responding to calls from the Marshalls if anyone was suffering. Never been on a park run before though have heard of them

Wow, parkrun was born in Bushy Park in London and is now in many places in the UK and globally too. Do have a look at parkrun.org.uk. Each run is manned by volunteers. This includes Marshalling. They are at 0900 every Saturday in England and Wales and 0930 in Scotland. You register in the website and then print off a barcode which is exclusive to you. You take it along every time you go ( you can buy tags or wristbands with the barcode on if you like) the beauty of parkrun is that all abilities are encouraged you can walk all the way if you like. You won't be last as that's the tailwalker's job. There's no "winners" just "first finishers" Of course there are fast people there and what is nice is that as they lap me at the back they also will often encourage you too. It's friendly and quite inspiring sometimes. We don't have a broom wagon tho like sportives do but there's often somewhere for a nice cuppa afterwards. It's great going to different parkruns too. I would recommend parkrun. There also a junior parkrun in some places too for the little ones too.

Nah- if I went to a parkrun I'd feel I have to run and I hate running- maybe if I ever decide to change my mind and do the c25k then maybe but otherwise I will stand on the side lines clapping and encouragement

Or you could volunteer 😂

probably more likely to volunteer for the moon walks since I have done them- I'd feel a fraud with the park run

Nah...you'd be very welcome and much appreciated.
