Hi all on this beautiful day ,Been struggling but must try and be extra good now I cannot stand this extra weight any more. Now that the Sun is out it does give a kickstart when you have to start taking a few layers off. Let’s all help each other 😎

Hi JillyGT , I hope by "being good" you mean being good to yourself, not following diet rules that have let us all down endlessly in the past
