hi ,i found the weight loss nhs website after looking for a different way to lose weight after doing 2 of the popular weight loss plans over the years.i,m 49 and active i exercise 7 hrs a week with out fail as part of my job working as a cleaner.i am very over weight i would like to lose about 4 stone but realisticaly i want to take small steps.i am a yoyo dieter when im good i can lose weight but at certain times i just binge on sugar or carbs and the weight i have lost just goes back on.i have really had enough now and to be honest i feel really miserable.i have decided not to go back to the class i was going to and feel a whole lot happier for it.i have started day one watching what i have eaten and hopefully taking one step at a time i will lose weight

You only need to make small steps to start with, don't try changing everything at once and break down your weight loss into small chunks - sometimes looking at the bigger picture can be overwhelming
Wishing you luck on you journey
