Went to park again!

Got weighed today! as my tea did not fit in Monday! Went over on my lunch! I actually did not have any cash left so my husband said he would lend me some and got a salad box for tea as well! Glad I went to park! Excercise as well! my young nice 23 care worker is on on Saturday cause the other Saturday 1 is going on a spa hen night. So I will probably go to park not get weighed till next Tuesday!

Hello Hello, Well done for weighing in today Great that you got to the park for some exercise. The weather is so nice, it would be a shame to have to stay in doors.

I am also having salad for dinner today - too hot for anything else
