Quick weight loss needed

A quick way to loose 3 stone as a lot to shed this will give me the will power I need

It’s very good that you want to lose 3 stones

I am not an expert but I believe that you did not put on 3 stones overnight so...

There is no miracle

Stick to the plan

Find a balanced way of eating that works for you and your body

Go to the gym

And be patient

3 stones is a lot of weight

So don’t be to harsh with yourself by doing something very drastic because if you do you might be losing a lot of muscles instead of fat

Try to enjoy the journey

It is really powerful to be able to transform your body healthily

Loosing weight quickly is not necessarily a good idea. You will be more prone to put it back on just as quickly. I very much doubt that the 3 stone went on quickly - so it is not going to come of quickly in a healthy way.

I joined here with 3 stone to lose as well. I never imagined the transformation that my attitude to weight loss has gone through. I don't think there is any quick fix that will work. Having said that, try the NHS 12 week plan to get you off to a flying start - you could easily lose half your weight by following that, and you'll be so motivated and well informed at the end of 12 weeks I'm sure you'll continue.
