Having a really good week food wise and exercise too. Bit worried about the bank holiday weekend as going out for a meal and drinks with family, any tips on keeping the calories down whilst out drinking?
Thanks Julie x

Try to enjoy the company, sunshine and any activities you are planning without focussing solely on the food. Be mindful of what you are eating and drinking but still have fun 😊
I see you are still showing a Newbie Badge but you joined a while ago, how is it going?

Relax, have fun. If eating out check if they do smaller portions for smaller appitites. I know some places do this.
I have 3 kids off who want to bake and cook so I am really going to struggle so although not away I really need to watch what I'm doing. Going to be hard!
Have fun tho!
Yes I have 3 too and they love baking that is hard to resist. Great idea about looking out for smaller portions thank you. Have a lovely weekend.

How about having starters? Add a salad and other lovely things from the menu. Personally, I often think starters are nicer than mains, but that's probably just me. Restaurants want your custom, and they will pretty much try to accommodate you -- as long as you don't ask for special grilled fish in the middle of a totally OTT busy service (Sat afternoon of a bank holiday might qualify!)
