The key word here is homemade and it mostly refers to Marie Rose Sauce. So it goes like this: instead of mayo mix together some greek yogurt or low fat fromage frais and some mustard, instead of ketchup use tomato puree (you can add some sweetener if you want) and a few splashes of Worcestershire Sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Don't go to crazy with it though, just splash it here and there for added flavour. I thought it was lovely, moist (hate that word!) and I didn't feel guilty about eating it!
If you try it, let us know what you though

This is my kind of food, love fish and for the last two weeks all I have eaten for my main meal is salads. Last night we had a mixed salad with chicken which I seasoned with a seafood spice rub, I know it sounds odd but it was delicious. And, although I cooked potatoes I didn’t have any, so extra pleased with myself. Although looking at food recipes it always makes me feel hungry.
I actually sounds great, I'm going to try that next week
Well done on not having potatoes! My biggest carb craving has always been crispy white bread but I managed to find a flour-less substitute which I make myself. I can't say it's the same but it's good enough to fool the cravings
